Applying for courses at SEA English Academy is very simple, we currently accept two application methods – fill in the application form by online application portal (under maintenance now) or fill in the form by typing on a computer or hand-writing.

PDF Application Form
This PDF application form can be used for all course applications and is a fillable form. We strongly recommend that you use a computer to complete this form and send the completed PDF application form to admissions@sea-english.edu.au with your supporting documents (e.g. a scanned copy of your passport). Our Admission Office will get in touch with you within 2 working days.
